Our roasting facility is not open for walk-in retail, but you're welcome to visit for scheduled tastings or consultations. Reach out via email to arrange a visit.

When you email us, you'll hear back from one of the three people who actually run this operation. We don't have a customer service department or automated responses. Just real people who know the product and can answer your questions.
If you're inquiring about wholesale or custom roasting, we'll likely ask for details about your volume needs, timeline, and any specific preferences you have. The more context you provide upfront, the faster we can give you a meaningful response.
Visiting Us
Our facility is located in Salzburg's old town, about a ten-minute walk from the train station. While we're not set up as a retail shop, we do welcome scheduled visits for tastings, consultations, or if you want to see the roasting process firsthand.
Workshop participants receive specific directions and parking information when they book.
